You can ship the part(s) and have them done very professionally. I assume you are referring to the pumper bellows on an upright. Just be sure that the bellows is the problem. They were covered in the thickest material when new and are usually the last to go. I would try to put an auxiliary vacuum source thru the player, bypassing the lower bellows to make sure that the stuff on top is working. Was the stack, ( 88 Striker pneumatics, valves and pouches), motor, tracker restored? Is there lead tubing from the tracker bar to the stack? There's a ton of stuff up top that has to be tight for the beast to work right. I work on players in Southeast Florida.
