Yes, we ARE exempted from this particular law.

   In fact, that's how the telemarketers plan on getting around the "Do =
Not Call" List,,,, they're say that they represent an associate company =
with whom we have had contact in the last 18 months. It's time to start =
paying attention to the privacy notices you get with your credit card =
companies, folks.

  I don't know of any prohibition against postal mail.
