I'm definately impressed with your ingenuity! <G> However, with the time

took you to put all that together, it would have been easier to have a
machinist make the proper tool. I have two with appropriate cross
handle.

As for value, I'd say it's value is similar to that of an olde Knabe of
similar condition/age/etc., in your area.

	Thank you,and good point about the machinist,but my cost was
under 20 bucks and I don't have contact with a machine shop .Guess I
better look into that.As for the cross-handle configuration of the
original tool, I found it easier to manipulate with a longer handle to
one side.
