This is how they try to distract you while you are taking the
stress-test tuning part of the RPT exam. 
 
The only really bothersome thing is the rhythm of the tap dancing. It is
just a little under a half beat faster than the ideal F3-A3 beat rate
for this piano. 
 
Notice that the prospective RPT is being asked to tune bass unisons with
a tool kit rolled out over the second octave and no sharp keys in the
first octave. 
 
Muting is being randomly done for you with a wet towel by the blind
gentleman at right center. 
 
The lady in the middle is one of the examiners. Her nickname among her
local chapter members is "PMS Pam" They generally send her special
meeting announcements each month with the wrong date or address on the
card. 
 
The man in the back, left side, is randomly removing pins from the bass
bridge and loosening some of the string windings. 
 
The piano was a one-time-only demonstration model concert grand built by
Winter & Sons. The scale design is by Clyde M. Finklemeir, local deisel
mechanic and model railroad enthusiast.
