Greetings, I just had a call from one of my customers. He had advertised his older Steinway B in New York and had received a call from "Ingrid" at PianoPiano. An offer to purchase the piano was made and he said he would like to consider it for three days. When he called them back and said that he would sell it, he was told that they wanted to "talk about it". He feels like there is something squirrelly about this whole thing (which I would too, if an offer was suddenly changed after I told them I would accept it). He asked me if I knew anything about the firm. I don't, but if anyone that has done business with them, or knows anything about them would feel like cluing me in, I would appreciate it. Off list is fine, if that be better for you.
