Actually pardons in the quantity which RicyB is handing out is is a
matter of legal interest. Normally it doesn't take more than a
handful of pardons, tendered and accepted, to settle injuries in such
a public befoulment. Here Ric is heaping on us a number of pardons
which could easily be three times the size of the subscription to
this list, flooding the market as were.

Are these pardons earmarked for his current transgression, or is a
large surplus (say 95%) just free floating, or rather pre-delivered
and in place for his next transgression. If we are being handed so
many of them, should we at latest have some of the details about this
commodity, yea, even currency.

So Ric, what's the deets on these e-pardons of yours. Are they only
to be used on you, and if so, are they tagged for certain
transgressions, or are they free floating. And if they can be used
with others, do you need to be made aware that they will not be
coming back to you and exacting their cost (in social terms) from
you? Like a check while gets mailed around in a chain letter before
finally arriving at your bank.

Pardon my intrusion, but forgiving minds need to know how these things work.
