I wouldn't place a dime's worth of concern on what some Prima Donna

As you mentioned, the owner loved it; that's what counts.

How much you want to bet that her piano at home is a dog. It's been my
experience
that the one's who disparager other's pianos the most are the ones who have
a piano
which is serviced the least.

After all, what does it say about her if she preferred the piano to have
that strident tone.

tasteless preferences.
