That, or something about enhancing the luster of organic fertilizer. 
Actually, I think it applies to anything we tune. A piano that will take 
the best tuning we are capable of in the time allowed, should get it. If 
the piano isn't capable of being tuned to the degree which we're capable of 
tuning, then it won't get your best tuning no matter what you do. The idea 
is to tune the piano you're in front of, not to try to impose a specific 
template tuning on everything.
