Tuning pin choice

So, then, would the ideal drilling/pinning technique
be Denro pins in a Delignit ( Or Farrelwood )block,
drilled with the two bit method and spot chilled? But
turned in, or driven with air hammer? And what is this
two-bit method again, if you don't mind?
