3/8" dia straight (not tapered) plug cutter, up to 2" maximum length.  $9.95 for carbide tipped, or $7.50 for high-carbon steel (not recommended).  I've made a small quantity of Bolduc plugs for individual repairs, but never tried to do a set of 228 for complete piano.
