Need Help

All, (Especially NY Techs)
Has anyone heard of a Tech/Rebuilder by the name of: Talli (sp?) Mahanor!? I
have a telephone client/consultation thingee, that is having this person
"rebuild" his Emerson Square Grand. Need to know if this is a legit
person/set up. Purported to have Horowitz's piano and was his "rebuilder"!
