Journal Delivery

Journal delivery is a bit of a mystery. At times I have received my 
copy of the Journal in Kansas City after Brian Lawson has received his 
copy in Africa. PTG mostly gets the Journal in the mail on time; after 
that, we're at the mercy of the mail system(s).
