What fun!!!  :-)  I have to admit that it took me a few tries before I 
finally figured out what was happening.  People tend to overlook the 
obvious, namely that not all of the numbers are there and that the symbols 
associated with the numbers keep changing.  Once they notice this, the 
puzzle becomes quite easy.  I am going to share this with my fellow 
engineers.  I am sure that they will make it more complicated than 
necessary.
