Hi Thump,

Very cute!!!  It also makes a great algebra problem for all you parents out
there with middle/high schoolers.

Let t = tens value of selected number
Let u = units value of selected number
Let n = final number (after arithmetical manipulation)

n = 10 t + u - ( t + u )
   = 10 t + u - t - u
   = 9 t

Every time the page refreshes, a new symbol is used for each multiple of 9.
That's the symbol that "magically" appears.
