Ms. Rodgers -
Your message is fairly confusing for a few reasons, not the least of which
is the that your email program has assigned - 12:05 AM 2/10/2003, putting
you considerably east of Eastern Standard Time. Next, you purchased a
rebuilt piano in 2001 which purportedly came with a 10 year warranty
(unusual for a rebuilt) yet a year later you installed a new
soundboard. Before engaging this list in conjecture or debate, I would
recommend that you avail yourself of the services of a qualified
technician, as well as discussing the problem with the various
rebuilders. In any case, you have not provided enough information to allow
anyone here to provide a meaningful response.

Sincerely,

David Skolnik
