Wood Dowel source?

If you are going to make/replace some of the Pallet Rods, those generally
are 3/16" in diameter. They are available from SchaffAPSCO. If you do need
5/32" then take the 3/16" one and size them down.
Make a sizing die out of a piece of 1/4" steel. Drill a 1/2" countersink on
the backside, to the point that the point of the drill "Just" makes a dimple
on the opposite side. Then flip it over and drill down, using the dimple to
center on, with a 5/32" drill.
Take the 3/16" dowels and drive them through the die with a wood mallet. Ta
