Elbow spinner

   This is probably not an original idea, but I have not seen or heard of 
it yet.

    A handy tool to spin new plastic spinet elbows onto the drop sticker 
wires is a TUNING FORK.  I figured it out in a moment of 
desperation.  Place a tubular hammershank repair sleeve on the stem of a 
"John Walker" blue steel fork and chuck it into a drill-driver.  The fork 
engages the plastic elbow very well to spin it onto the wire.
