It's a major job removing the action from a Steinway grand player. All the 
tubing has to be disconnected, and the spoolbox has to be removed, along with 
several other components. My best advice to you is to find a technician who 
is familiar with the Aeolian reproducer and have him assist you. Do not 
attempt it yourself, because unless you have a couple of years to figure it 
out, you will never be able to get back together and playing properly again.
