I absolutely agree with you Dave.  So many pianos are under serviced. A 
half hour of artistic work can make so much difference to the musicality of 
the instrument.
Super accurate tuning on a grossly voiced piano, is an exercise in futility.
Ideally we do both, but it's not a perfect world.
