staples in hammers

Hi Don

Staples are still of help over here in Venezuela, specially in old pianos, I
have seen more than a piano without staples where hammer felt pops up due to
the tropical humid weather, and many a stapled set which after a time you
can observe how what is still holding it in place is the staple.

New glues are still to be watched over time. Many very old pianos, which
where ordered for tropical weather still have the wire (pre-staple ones) as
they were ordered for tropical weather straight to the factory
