business license

Terry,

I work out of the South Bay of L.A.  and am required
to have a business license in my "home" city
(Manhattan Beach), as well as a resale license for all
the parts that I sell as a part of my repairs.  With
that resale license I am required to collect sales tax
and remit it to the state every year.
