In price fixing the manufacturer will not allow a retailer/technician/dea=
ler to sell a product below a "fixed" price. If the manufacturer finds th=
at the dealer is discounting the price the dealership is terminated.This =
is certainly not the case with Dampp-Chaser - in this case the MSRP is se=
t to encourage a fair profit margin since many tooners don't understand t=
he cost of doing bidness;-)
