"Rebuilt"

Hi Terry, this is not always the technicians fault. I have many times
run into customers who told me that someone had replaced the action
when all they did was file the hammers. Customers do not always
understand our terminology or what we do, no matter how painstaking
our explanations, and a year or two down the road, especially if
there is any problem with the piano, it becomes somehow a 'complete
rebuild', rather than the best one could do for the $200 the customer
was willing to spend. fwiw. One reason it's always good to get things
in writing.
