scheduling new customers

I take every person who calls me and I get 85 new clients each year.  I am 
aggresive in trying to get those 85 tunings, too.  I call forward from home 
to on the job so as to not lose any calls.  But that's it.  85 calls/year.

Where do you live?  Do you advertise?  I'm just in the yellow pages with no 
extra lines, just the stock name and number.
