Hello Steaming works for 1 year but not really more, from what I've seen so it's up to you... Cupping will be back , be sure of that. per , but you need to have special cauls made to obtain enough tension. If a mushy felt is on the whippen heel, friction increase dramatically. Fine polishing of the capstans and fine lubrication helps a lot too. Regards.
