Rogerio,
There are 2 that i know of. The first is 'PScale', which can be found at the
following address, along with some other programs for pianna tooners:

The second is a web page by John Delacour.
In his own words:
"I have uploaded a web page where you can calculate diameters and covers for
covered strings.

The program allows you to specify the pitch of A-49, the number of the note,
the length of the string, the tension you are aiming for and the core
diameter.  When you submit the form, the results are calculated very quickly
and returned to you.

You must be on line to use this form.
