Thanks again for all the suggestions and comments regarding deadbeat
accounts.

As it turns out, shortly after I wrote to the list asking for some guidance,
partial payment arrived in the mail.

What I have decided to do is to let them know, in letter form, that there is
still an outstanding balance with this account - show them in the form of
copied invoices that have yet to be paid - but seeing that this is the
Holiday season, I am going to forgive the remaining balance.

I will not, however, forget.

I may not be purdy, but I'm not stupid,
