This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment Kevin, I have to agree with you on this one. I was there with Phil when = we did the work. We did a good job in a questionable store. I got paid = by Phil, Phil didn't get paid by the store. Two out of three of us kept = our bargain and our honor. The store didn't. =20 So, my vote would be for those who render services to be paid for = services rendered. Not for us to condemn the victim and "cycle-analyze" = him to death. =20 Phil offered me help in learning this business and I am very proud to be = associated with him. It is really remarkable for someone to help = someone else get started, especially right in their own territory, = without worrying about consequences, and competition, but just to = complete the cycle for those who helped him get started. I guess that = is what makes this profession so remarkable and unique. Pretty cool. Just my 2 cents. Dave Smith Pine Island FL ----- Original Message -----=20 From: Kevin E. Let's see, a technician goes out and performs work for a dealer. = Then the said dealer puts off paying him as long as possible and refuses = to return his calls, and the technician should be examining what he did = wrong? =20 Hey, are you guys from California by chance? That would explain = it. ( You see, somewhere in a past life, he built up an incredible = amount of bad Karma, and now he's just paying it back. OOHHHHHMMMMMMM.) If it were me, I'd have him in Small Claims Court at the first = opportunity, and after I had my judgment I'd walk right across to the = Marshall's Office and have them handle the collection. OOOHHHMMM! How refreshing.=20 ----- Original Message -----=20 From: David Andersen=20 To: Pianotech=20 Sent: Wednesday, November 13, 2002 9:10 AM Subject: Re: Suggestions warmly welcomed.. >It would be wise to carefully re-examine all the reasons and = motives=20 >within yourself why this has happened, and see if it isn't just=20 >possible that you are partly responsible for this experience. > >Admission goes along way towards understanding how to resolve a = situation.
