However, if after re-examination of all the factors involved, the dealor is simply having financial problems let's not blame the technician.  IMHO he's the victim of someone elses's problems, a stressed economy or whatever.  He deserves to be paid for his labors and his expertise.  At the very least the dealor should be trying to make some kind of arrangements - or let him know when he can realistically expect to be paid.
