Library. Or just take it to a qualified refinisher. With the info supplied, it sounds like the only good option is strip and refinish.

You state the piano is "excellent" - as in it has excellent potential (realistic) - or are you suggesting it is in excellent condition (not likely unless it has received recent extensive work). I would recommend having the piano inspected by a qualified piano technician - chances are it is worn out and need complete rebuilding as well as refinishing.
