Really? And how many hours of standing around waiting for them to find 
someone willing to take responsibility for signing the charge ticket are 
involved per transaction? Since no one ever seems to be responsible for 
insuring that you can get to the piano in the first place, or even knows 
for sure if there IS a piano, how does that work?
