I apologize for giving the impression that I was attempting to ridicule the man. David Stanwood, it appears to me that your contribution to this field is remarkable. My comment about this in no way is intended to imply a personal criticism. You clarified what it is you are protecting and I find your argument convincing.

So can Ron Koval patent his Koval Variable temperament?
