Matt,  I've used Sal Augustino several times.  I've always just faxed him the data from Pscale.  I would very carefully measure the strings on receipt (core dia., winding diam., tail length, and winding length).  The last few sets were very accurate.  He'll make what you ask for, not what he thinks you should have.  I appreciate that.  I'm not sure he uses enough tension.  I've had to use several  twists to get the tone to be lively, however.  Good service generally.
