Bass string source

Hi all:

I was thinking of trying out the services of Boston Piano Service out of 
Waltham, MA.  Their prices for bass string reproduction are pretty 
reasonable and the claim a fast turnaround time.  Has anyone done business 
with them?  Any comments?
