Yamaha Upright hammer flanges

Hi David,
           It's probably cheaper to just replace the flanges, with the
advantage of having new centre pinning. If you are going to replace the
cord, Take one of the good flanges and a flange screw. Mount the flange on
a piece of board, use a small panel nail and pull the loop taut, then
hammer it into the board. 
 Remove flange, reinstall the flange screw in the hole, and cut the head
off.  Now you have a simple jig to make all the loops the same length.
