Damper Felt Two

Hi Ric,
            No short cuts that I know off.  But a tip. Adjust the pedal 
dowel so the dampers are just starting to lift, before starting. Then re 
timing the dampers is a snap. Rotflmao.  A sharp pair of surgical cissors 
is essential for this task.
