Although we don't have a contract that I can attach here, a contract is 
important - trust or no trust - perhaps even more important where there is 
lots of trust. 

A good contract sets up expectations of both parties,  alleviates stress and 
misunderstandings before they start, and outlines a payment schedule that you 
are both comfortable with. When a relationship is so good that details are 
left undiscussed, there is potential for disappointment to the customer and 
frustration for the rebuilder.
