There are many different designs and variations.  The
typical Aeolian player we see here requires two screws
removing; one at each end, The junction block - 6
screws; the lower half stays in the piano the upper
half is tubed to the player.  You will need to remove
the mechanism for tempo lever and subduing (theme)
levers and remove all hoses.  There may also be a
spool box screw which connects to a rod securing the
box to the piano.  Then gently slide forward and lift
out the stack.
