Ballistol/squeaky pedal

I was at Schaff the other day and there on the counter were these little 
aerosol cans of Ballistol.  Having read about it here on the list, I picked 
up a can and put it in my tuning kit.  (...after I paid for it...) 

Next day, I encountered a squeaky pedal.  So I got out the Ballistol and 
sprayed a little on each contact point, from the pedal on up, and voila! 
(Sp?)  No squeak.  

Hey this stuff works!
