No need to apologize Andy, we all know you are doing a super job. The frustration uttered above can be chalked up to all the increasing internett crap that appears to be overwhelming. With the Klez virus out I know 3 people who have had enough and just closed down their internett services. I am afraid the nett is going to get a lot more restrictive in the future. But we will see..
