Hi Hazen,

8" bench buffer, 3450 RPM. For brass, first wheel spiral stitched cotton with tripoli compound to polish, second wheel unstitched flannel with rouge compound to color. Then de-grease in lacquer thinner and spray clear lacquer. Steel parts get single shot of emery compound on a spiral stitched cotton wheel. Each wheel is dedicated to a specific compound. Wipe the tripoli off of the brass parts before using the rouge wheel.
