EXACTLY where is the crack, dimensions, orientation, etc. A picture is worth a zillion words. And what level of performance are you trying to extract from this instrument? That will have a lot to do with deciding whether to leave it, patch it, epoxy it, recap it, replace it, or redesign and replace it.
