Well, I dont know about "over there" for sure anymore... but "over here" virtually every piano comes out of the box with some kind of "How to take care of your Fine Quality instrument" brochure. And Steinway comes with this big patent leather whatchmacallit thingy that resembles an automobile service manual only with a bit more style. However.... how many of these manuals get passed the retailers circular file is another matter entirely.
