Hi David, Personally I think that you are right. Allow more time on the piano, time to touch-up the reg a little maybe adjust the pedals, but mainly time for a cuppa and talk with customer and say what should be done on the next service or at a later stage. Marketing is the key to success not saying I want to be paid for tightening that screw or else.
