Remove an offending wippen and look at it, work the jack by hand a feel it. Do that enough times and the problem will present itself. There is something amiss there and you can find it by touch better than by eye. It is also possible the hang up could be the drop screw and the wippen or somewhere else entirely, like capstan, wippen flange or key. Look. listen, feel and understand. Newton
