Tom, Schaff used to sell "ivory stain." In their 1973 catalogue the description reads, "permanent yellow-brown stain for coloring white ivory, pyralin or ivorine to match old keys." I had some many years ago and remember that one would have to dilute it severely for it not to come out too dark. I never actually used it on a client's piano. Interestingly, it is still listed in the index of the new catalogue but not in the catalogue anywhere else. You could contact Schaff and see if they still have some available.
