My Fisrt House! (OT)

Actually, for where I live, Lomita/Torrance, CA, average rent for a nice 2 
bdrm apartment is now about $800-$1,200! My new Mortgage is $979. Just made 
sense. And with property valuse averaging 10-12% increase per year, or more, 
it's money in the bank!
