Replacing Spinet Strings - the Coil

Clyde....

Assuming you have the end of the string up alongside the pin, rotate the pin so the holes are parallel left & right.  Now you can make a right angle bend in the wire and poke it thru the pin and wind the 3 turns on. Be sure the pin is turned out ahead of time of course.
