Gets real interesting when you start milling over some of this stuff. Even if you arent actually getting into design and building aspects, an understanding of the various perspectives on these things is not only interesting but probably a pretty valueable diagnostic tool. Rebuilders should be real interested in getting field techs to develope these tools I would think. When you feel you are happy with your first few times through understanding of the Five Lectures.... get Arthur Benades book Fundementals of Music Acoustics. You will find it very readable, not math heavy, and a perfect next step to the 5 lectures. RicB -- Richard Brekne RPT, N.P.T.F.
