It's pretty easy to do. The specifics depend on your platform and available graphics software. If it's a Mac, just do cmd-shift-3 and you will hear a camera-type shutter-click noise, producing a PICT image on your hard disk that will be named Picture1 or somesuch. You can easily use GraphicConverter (shareware) to crop this and convert it to JPG. Similar actions are available on the PC.
